While many customers opt for the convenience of Walmart photo printing online, you can also find a photo kiosk at many Walmart locations. At these stations, you can transfer photos from your cell phone, select print sizes, quantities, and any designs and place your order.

This can be a fast, convenient option if you want to order photo prints while shopping for other household necessities. If you need more time or want to design specialized items like home décor or photo books, working through Walmart online photo printing is the way to go.

Step 1: Login to Your Walmart Photo Center Account

If you already have an account at Walmart.com, you can use those login and password details to access your Walmart Photo Center account.

You can create a photo account by going to Walmart’s website and using a valid email to create a login. Note that you’ll need to accept Walmart’s terms of use and the Digital Photo Center’s terms of use to create an account.

Once your account is established, simply go to your account. Enter your email address and password in the “Sign In” area and click the “Sign In” button. You can now have access to your own, personalized photo dashboard.

Step 2: Upload Your Invitation to Walmart Photo Center

Walmart Photo Center makes it easy for you to upload invitations directly from your computer, smartphone, or your social media albums. Also, you can upload and store an unlimited number of digital invitations.

When uploading items for Walmart digital photo printing, you can either select to create a new album or add digital invitation to an existing album. For new albums, you can add a title and date. To select invitation to upload, use the “Select Photos” button and click and drag pictures into the upload area. Alternatively, you can click on social media icons to access albums on those sites.

During upload, the site provides a progress bar that displays status. You can add more files while others are uploading, but this will extend the time for the upload to complete.

Step 3: Select Your Walmart Photo Products

After you have uploaded your invitation, you are ready to select your print products.

You can choose the category of product you prefer—such as prints, wall art, collages, calendars, or blankets. From there, you can follow Walmart online printing prompts to add and edit photos and select special options for your product.

You also have the option to perform some minor enhancements and edits, such as cropping, and mild color correction.

Figure out how many invitations you need and select the number—and, as a party planner, I suggest you print a few extras in case they get lost or you forgot to add someone to the guest list.

You will have to choose invitation size! The  invitations or the digital print you purchased (or are considering purchasing) on my Etsy Shop or my Website are set up as a signle 5×7″ and 4×6″.

One important note: Be sure to keep an eye on the price for your selected print products if you need to stay within a budget. This is because that this is the cheapest dimension for the Walmart printing kiosk, roughly $0.29 when you do it in store and $0.09 when you do it online.

Step 4: Choose Your Photo Print Delivery Method

Many Walmart Photo Center products are available for same-day or one-hour printing and pickup. You’ll pay extra for these fast turnaround services, but it’s worth it if you’re in a rush. Be sure your selected product qualifies for these services before you order. And make sure to select your preferred Walmart Photo Center pick-up location so that your prints and products will be ready when you head to the store.

If you have more time, you can choose from a variety of ship-to-store and ship-to-home options and save on the per-item cost. For shipping, Walmart offers store delivery in two to five business days or standard home delivery in three to five business days. If you need a faster delivery time, choose priority or express shipping. The former takes just two to three business days, while the latter offers next day delivery service. Before you order, check the “Estimated Arrival Date” on the product detail page to make sure it meets your needs. Walmart will also send you an email after your order ships.

Step 5: Receive Your Walmart Photo Products

If you’ve ordered one-hour or same-day prints, Walmart will send you an email confirmation of your order and another when it is ready for pick up. When it’s ready, all you’ll need to do is stop in at your local Walmart Photo Center. Be sure you know your local Walmart photo printing hours to ensure the photo center is open when you arrive.

When you’ve selected shipping options, Walmart Photo lets you track orders online. Go to your online order history to view current photo orders and check the status. That way, you’ll know expected delivery times in advance and be ready to enjoy your beautiful photo products.
